Hi All, just some updates from our January 8th meeting…. thanks to all who attended

speaking of “family Ice Event”…. It is coming soon…February 15th to be exact…we’ll need a great team effort again to make this another fun and smoothly running event. Wayne is all set for his station( he could use 1 more helper) Casey has things set up for our parking and greeting of participants. Ed and I will haul and put up the building, We could use a few more hands for this task, please let me know if you can help. We will haul the building on Thurs. Feb 13th and put it up starting at 9:30 on Friday the 14th. Also we will haul tables, generators, lighting , stages, the speakers, gas tanks, and misc. the day before.. please consider helping for at least part of the day.
Food? I havn’t gotten a hold of our food folks yet… hoping they will be back to provide our on-site food stand… Also havn’t talked with Joe and Julie to see if they are still interested in VIP
Posters are being distributed… Tickets are done and out to area businesses… yes you can purchase tickets too for our many many grand prizes… $135 worth of tickets are pre-event available for $75…. that includes 2 gun tickets, 3 booze sled, and 25 grand prize tickets… let me know if you need tickets or they can be purchased at area businesses. no discount day of event
Scott will arrange the “fishing has no boundaries” display…. went over really well last year
